Terms and Conditions
Paragon Press is committed to providing superior printing quality and customer satisfaction. However, please understand that printing is inherently subject to minor variations. Due to the nature of commercial printing, slight differences in color, density, brightness, or trimming alignment may occasionally occur between different print runs, materials, and digital proofs.
These minor variations are considered normal and acceptable within industry-standard tolerances. Paragon Press utilizes advanced equipment, proven techniques, and quality control measures to ensure your print products consistently meet or exceed commercial printing standards of acceptability.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept that minor variations in the final printed products are within acceptable commercial printing standards and do not constitute grounds for rejection, refunds, or reprints.
Should you believe your printed order exceeds the acceptable industry standards for variation, please promptly notify us within 7 business days of receipt, and we will review your concerns on a case-by-case basis. Paragon Press reserves the right to inspect and evaluate any claim of unsatisfactory quality before initiating corrective action, which may include a reprint or credit.
This satisfaction guarantee and policy for acceptable variations do not cover errors or discrepancies arising from customer-submitted artwork, spelling, grammar, or content accuracy. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving final proofs prior to production.
Paragon Press’s liability for any defective or non-conforming product is limited solely to reprinting or refunding the original cost of the print order. Paragon Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or reputation arising from the use or inability to use printed products provided.
