  • How do I place an order?
    Placing an order is simple! Just select the product you want to print, choose your options (like size, quantity, and paper type), add it to the cart, and proceed to checkout. If you need assistance with the design, you can add Graphic Design Services as a product to the cart as well. Or, if you have your own design files, you can upload those to our site after you finish checking out.
  • What if I want to order a quantity or option not listed on the site?
    If you would like to order an option or product not listed on the site, you can either fill out the above Custom Quote form, or simply email us at: support@paragonpress.com
  • Can I upload my own design?
    Yes! You can easily upload your own design files after checkout. We accept various file formats like PDF, InDesign, Illustrator, JPG, PNG, and others. Make sure your design meets the required specifications to ensure the best quality print. Once you upload your files, we will let you know if we see any issues or concerns with the files.
  • Can you check my files?
    Yes, we will review your files and check for common issues such as resolution, bleed, and color mode. If we find any problems, we’ll notify you and find out what you would like to do to correct the issue. We will also email you a PDF proof for final approval to ensure everything looks correct before production begins.
  • Do you offer design services?
    Yes! If you need help creating or adjusting your design, our team of graphic designers can assist you. Simply add graphic design services to your cart before or during checkout.
  • Can I get a proof before printing?
    Yes! We will email you a PDF proof at no additional cost for you to review and approve before we begin printing.
  • How do I contact customer support?

  • Do you offer refunds or reprints?
    If there is a printing error on our part, we will reprint your order at no cost. If the issue is due to a file error or customer mistake, a new order would need to be placed to print more.
  • Do you offer specialty finishes like foil, embossing, or UV coating?
    Yes! We provide options such as foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, and more to enhance your prints. Simply include that in the notes when checking out and we will review your files and then let you know what the added cost would be for that enhancement.
  • Do you offer mailing services?
    Yes! We can print, address, and mail your postcards, brochures, or direct mail pieces for you. Simply include that request in the notes during checkout and we will review your files and let you know the additional cost for mailing services.
