What type of files should I send?

The application you’re using to create your art will define what kind of files to submit for your print job. For best results we prefer to receive packaged native application files from industry standard publishing applications such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. This will allow us to make edits if needed, and to optimize the files for best printing. We can also accept PDFs generated from these apps, though we will have less ability to make corrections or modifications.

If you’re using Microsoft products such as Word or Publisher you will need to submit a PDF. Be sure your PDF is generated with the same dimensions you require for your printed work. If your files have art that is supposed to print to the edge of the paper you will need to make your file .25” larger in both directions to account for bleed.

Applications such as Power Point or other presentation applications are not well suited for print, and we recommend avoiding them.

If you have any questions feel free to reach out to us, we’re always happy to help!
